1. ABOUT PSCORP TRADE

PSCorp Trade provides tools designed to help traders analyze, organize, visualize, track and support their trading process.

The Services may include:

• indicators
• tools for NinjaTrader
• plugins
• utilities
• calculators
• visualization resources
• digital products
• downloads
• licenses
• subscriptions
• dashboards
• integrations
• free resources
• paid resources
• artificial intelligence
• other related products

Feature availability may vary by product or plan.

2. WE ARE NOT A BROKER, PROP FIRM OR ADVISORY SERVICE

PSCorp Trade is not a broker, exchange, prop firm, financial institution or order-execution service through the products offered, unless a future service is expressly identified otherwise.

Our products are auxiliary tools.

The user remains responsible for their own trading and decisions.

3. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE

No indicator, tool, alert, calculation, chart, content, statistic, AI feature or other material should be interpreted as:

• investment recommendation
• financial advice
• trading advice
• buy recommendation
• sell recommendation
• guaranteed signal
• promise of profit
• investment counseling

All decisions are the user's responsibility.

4. TRADING RISK

Trading involves significant risk.

You may lose part or all of the capital used.

Past results do not guarantee future results.

No indicator or tool eliminates risk.

No configuration guarantees profitability.

5. INDICATORS AND TOOLS

Indicators and tools may:

• contain errors
• depend on third-party data
• experience delays
• differ from your broker's data
• behave differently depending on market, asset, timeframe or configuration

The user must test and validate any tool before using it on real trades.

6. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS

We do not guarantee that a product will:

• increase profit
• reduce losses
• prevent drawdown
• prevent violation of prop firm rules
• identify correct entries
• identify correct exits
• eliminate trader error
• produce any specific financial outcome

7. COMPATIBILITY

Products may depend on:

• platform version
• operating system
• architecture
• APIs
• external services
• brokers
• data feeds

We do not guarantee permanent compatibility with all future third-party versions.

8. NINJATRADER AND OTHER PLATFORMS

Products that run on NinjaTrader or other platforms depend on third-party environments.

PsCorp Global Solutions Corp does not control those providers' updates, APIs, compatibility changes or decisions.

A third-party update may require a product update.

9. LICENSE TO USE

When a digital product is licensed to the user, we grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchase does not transfer intellectual property in the software.

10. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly authorized, it is prohibited to:

• share a license
• resell a license
• publicly distribute a paid file
• redistribute DLLs
• redistribute code
• share installers
• remove license mechanisms
• bypass activation
• clone the product
• sell copies
• sublicense access

11. REVERSE ENGINEERING

Attempting to decompile, disassemble, modify or reverse-engineer the products is prohibited where prohibited by applicable law or where it would violate intellectual property rights.

12. ACTIVATION

Some products may require:

• login
• license key
• machine ID
• active account
• online validation
• periodic verification

These mechanisms are used for license control and product protection.

13. CHANGE OF DEVICE

If a license is bound to a device, there may be limits on changing machines.

Applicable rules will be presented on the product page or in the account.

14. USER ACCOUNT

The user is responsible for:

• keeping account information accurate
• protecting their password
• avoiding account sharing
• securing their devices
• reporting suspicious activity

15. FREE PRODUCTS

Free products may:

Free availability does not create an obligation of permanent maintenance.

17. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If a product uses a subscription, it may renew automatically as disclosed at checkout.

The user may cancel future renewals through the mechanisms provided.

PsCorp Global Solutions Corp may offer promotional pricing, early access, founding member offers, coupons and campaigns.

Promotional pricing may change in the future.

19. PRICE CHANGES

PsCorp Global Solutions Corp may change prices.

When a change affects an existing subscription, applicable notice and legal requirements will be observed.

20. COUPONS

Coupons may:

• expire
• have a usage limit
• apply only to new customers
• apply only to specific products
• not be combinable

21. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed by Stripe or other providers.

PSCorp Trade does not store full card numbers or CVV when payment is processed by a third party.

22. PAYMENT FAILURE

In case of failure:

• access may be limited
• the subscription may be suspended
• a new billing attempt may occur
• the license may be deactivated where applicable

23. CANCELLATION

Subscriptions may be canceled through the mechanism provided.

Canceling prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.

24. REFUND

Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Digital products already downloaded, activated or used may be subject to specific rules, in compliance with applicable law.

25. SUPPORT

Support level may vary by product or plan.

We do not guarantee 24/7 support unless expressly offered.

26. UPDATES

Some products may receive updates.

We do not guarantee that all future updates will be permanently included with past purchases, unless promised in the offer.

27. BETA AND EARLY ACCESS

Beta or early-access products may:

• contain bugs
• change
• have features removed
• be unstable

Use occurs with awareness of these limitations.

28. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

AI features may be added.

AI outputs may contain errors or incorrect interpretations.

Do not use AI as the sole basis for a financial decision.

29. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, code, interface, logo, documentation, design, algorithm, indicator, methodology, proprietary material and content belongs to PsCorp Global Solutions Corp or the respective rights holders.

30. PROHIBITED USES

The following are prohibited:

• fraud
• unauthorized sharing
• abusive scraping
• attacks
• intrusion attempts
• malware distribution
• license manipulation
• illegal use
• unauthorized resale
• exploitation of vulnerabilities
• systematic copying of the product

31. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may depend on third parties.

We do not guarantee permanent availability of those providers.

32. AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Maintenance, failures or third parties may cause temporary unavailability.

33. USER DATA

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

34. FEEDBACK

Suggestions submitted voluntarily may be used to improve products with no obligation of compensation.

35. SUSPENSION

We may suspend an account or license in case of:

• fraud
• abusive chargebacks
• license violation
• sharing
• abuse
• attack
• violation of these Terms

36. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsCorp Global Solutions Corp will not be liable for financial losses resulting from the user's trading decisions.

This includes:

• loss of capital
• lost profits
• configuration errors
• data delay
• third-party failure
• incompatibility
• a decision based on an indicator
• a decision based on AI

37. NO WARRANTIES

Products are provided on an as-available basis.

We do not guarantee:

• total absence of bugs
• permanent compatibility
• absolute accuracy
• permanent availability
• financial results

38. PRIVACY

Use is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

39. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated.

Material changes may be communicated.

40. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
