1. PROGRAM
The program allows promoting PSCorp Trade products and earning commission on qualified sales.
2. APPROVAL
Participation may require approval.
3. LINK AND COUPON
Affiliates may receive:
- a link
- a code
- a coupon
4. COMMISSION
Commission is set by PsCorp Global Solutions Corp and may vary by product, campaign or affiliate.
5. ATTRIBUTION
Attribution may use:
- cookie
- link
- coupon
- checkout
6. SELF-REFERRAL
Generating commission on your own purchase is not allowed, unless expressly authorized.
7. VALID TRANSACTION
Commission depends on:
- confirmed payment
- absence of fraud
- absence of refund
- absence of a lost chargeback
- valid attribution
8. HOLDING PERIOD
Commissions may remain pending before becoming available.
9. REVERSAL
Refunds, chargebacks and fraud may cause a reversal.
10. PAYOUT
A minimum payout amount may apply.
11. MARKETING
Affiliates must disclose the commercial relationship where required.
12. PROHIBITED CLAIMS
Affiliates may not claim:
- guaranteed profit
- guaranteed prop firm approval
- risk-free tool
- guaranteed financial outcome
13. SPAM
Spam is prohibited.
14. BRAND
Do not impersonate an official channel.
15. COUPON AND COOKIE STUFFING
Manipulating attribution is prohibited.
16. FRAUD
Fraud may result in suspension and cancellation of commission.
17. PRIVACY
Affiliates do not have unrestricted access to customers' personal data.
18. TERMINATION
PsCorp Global Solutions Corp may terminate or modify the program.
19. TAXES
The affiliate is responsible for their own tax obligations.
